What to Expect

1. Free Discovery Call

We'll talk for 15-20 minutes about what's bringing you to hypnotherapy. No pressure, no sales pitch—just an honest conversation to see if we're the right fit.

2. Your Session

Depending on your needs, we'll use content-free hypnosis, Kinetic Shift, or clinical hypnotherapy techniques. Sessions typically last 45 minutes to 2 hours.

3. Your Personalised Recording

You'll receive an audio recording to listen to for 21 days. This reinforces the changes we've made and deepens the transformation.

4. Ongoing Support

I don't disappear after your session. You'll have direct access to me via email or text for any questions or support you need.

"Will I lose control?"

No. You're completely aware throughout and can open your eyes at any time. Hypnosis is simply a focused state of attention—you've experienced it naturally when absorbed in a book or film.

"What if I can't be hypnotised?"

If you can follow simple instructions and have an imagination, you can be hypnotised. The only people who can't be hypnotised are those who actively don't want to be.

 

"How many sessions will I need?"

Most clients see significant change in 1-3 sessions. Some issues resolve in a single session; deeper work may take longer. We'll discuss this in your free call.

"Is it safe?"

Completely. Hypnotherapy is a natural state with no harmful side effects. It's not suitable for those with epilepsy or psychosis—we'll discuss your medical history before proceeding.
