"My Life Has Done a Complete 180 in Just 3 Weeks"

From daily panic attacks to complete calm. This is what's possible when anxiety finally loses its grip.

You know the feeling.

The churning stomach before you've even opened your eyes. The racing thoughts that won't switch off. The way your chest tightens when your phone buzzes — what now?

You've tried the breathing exercises. The apps. The "just think positive" advice that makes you want to scream.

And still, at 3am, you're wide awake. One small worry has spiralled into every fear you've ever had. By morning, you're exhausted before the day has even begun.

If you also have ADHD, it's even more complicated.

The rejection sensitivity that feels like physical pain. The anxiety of knowing you'll forget something important — again. The overthinking that started as a coping strategy but now runs your life. The shame spiral every time you "mess up."

You're not broken. You're not "too much." You're caught in patterns that hypnotherapy can help you break.

One Session. Everything Changed.

Here's what one client experienced:

"I came to see Halima after suffering with anxiety, specifically health anxiety which started in 2019. Over the last 6 months it got to a point where it was crippling — I was having massive panic attacks most days.

After having just ONE RTT session with Halima, I can honestly say that my panic attacks have completely gone. There are occasions when I might start to feel a little bit of anxiety with everyday life things, yet I can completely control it and it doesn't take hold of me.

I am sleeping better and my life has done a complete 180 in just 3 weeks. I honestly can't believe it and can't thank Halima enough."

This isn't unusual. This is what happens when we address the root cause — not just the symptoms.

Why Hypnotherapy Works When Other Things Haven't

You've probably tried managing anxiety from the outside in — techniques, tools, willpower.

Hypnotherapy works from the inside out.

We access your subconscious mind — where anxiety lives, where the patterns were created, where real change happens. Instead of fighting your anxious thoughts, we rewire them at the source.

What changes:

→ The racing thoughts quiet down

→ Sleep becomes restful again

→ You respond to stress instead of reacting to it

→ The physical symptoms ease — the tight chest, the churning stomach

→ You feel like yourself again

Especially Powerful for Women with ADHD

Anxiety in ADHD brains works differently. Standard approaches often miss the mark because they don't account for:

Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria — that crushing feeling when you perceive criticism, even when none was intended

Anticipatory anxiety — the constant low-level dread of forgetting, being late, or letting someone down

Overthinking spirals — your brain's attempt to control the uncontrollable by thinking through every possible outcome

The shame cycle — anxiety about past mistakes feeding anxiety about future ones

I understand this because I live it. Diagnosed with ADHD at 56, I know firsthand how these patterns interweave — and how to untangle them.

My approach is ADHD-informed, which means we work with your brain, not against it.

I specialise in helping midlife women — particularly those navigating ADHD and menopause — break free from anxiety, overwhelm, and the patterns that keep them stuck.

My approach combines:

  • Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) — getting to the root cause quickly

  • Clinical Hypnotherapy — rewiring patterns at the subconscious level

  • Kinetic Shift — releasing anxiety held in the body

  • ADHD-informed practice — because I get it, from the inside

This isn't about managing anxiety forever. It's about freedom from it.

Questions?

How many sessions will I need? Most clients experience significant improvement in 1-3 sessions. RTT is designed to create rapid, lasting change — not keep you in therapy indefinitely.

What if I've tried hypnotherapy before and it didn't work? Not all hypnotherapy is the same. RTT specifically targets root causes rather than just symptoms. And if you have ADHD, working with someone who understands your brain makes all the difference.

Do online sessions work as well as in-person? Yes. I work with clients worldwide via Zoom with equally powerful results. Your subconscious doesn't know the difference.

I'm not sure I can be hypnotised. If you can daydream, you can be hypnotised. It's a natural state we all enter multiple times a day. You stay aware and in control throughout.
