Lately, I've been experiencing a bit of a low mood. I believe the combination of the weather and the post-Christmas blues has been affecting me. Yesterday, the weather was fantastic, so I chose to go for a walk and decided to visit Clevedon in Somerset, a lovely coastal town. Wandering around in the sunshine by the sea significantly lifted my spirits, and feeling the sun on my face felt wonderful.
